Artwork Requirements
To envision your vision, Your image must be saved the size of the print area size which for this product is the your chosen print size. The sizes of each print in cm are listed below:
A5 - 14.8cm x 21cm
A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm
A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm
If you haven’t already done this you can use our artwork templates here, which all have step by step instructions to ensure a perfect finish.
To ensure a perfect print otherwise, your design must be:
File format: PNG, PDF, JPEG, PSD
File Resolution: a minimum of 300dpi
Remeber, any print can only be as good as what you're printing so its important to have high quality designs. A resolution of 300dpi is the absolute minimum you should print.
Sending your Designs
- Visit our artwork template library
- Download the template(s) for the product(s) you've ordered.
- Open the template in Adobe Photoshop or we recommend the online photo editor, photopea.com. Then - import your design, scale it to size and save as correct file format.
- Email the file to us at Printstinct@gmail.com. Ensure you quote your order number in the subject of your email, this can be found in your order confirmation email which will be sent to you after checkout.
Remember, you will need to send a front and back image for this product.
Only send us the artwork templates for the products in this order, separate orders require separate emails for best quality results.
Your new product(s) will arrive with you or your customer less than a week from your response.
Shipping Specification
Delivery is free of charge.
Regardless of your order dimensions, quantity, or product, you will never pay costs for delivery with us for anything being delivered to the United Kingdom. We ship Royal Mail 1st Class, as standard, typically on the day of printing. We estimate all orders will arrive within one week from us receiving your final design approval (with updated dimensions, if necessary), typically 1-3 business days. Orders made for yourself may contain promotional voucher codes, stickers, and more from us at Printstinct.
If you are sending direct to your customers, please mention this upon placing your order and your prints will be sent with no mention of our brand.
Sample Packs will be sent 2nd Class.
