Artwork Requirements
Your image/design must be:
- One of the following File formats: PNG, PDF, JPEG, PSD
- A minimum file resolution of: 300dpi
To do this, we recommend using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or if you don't have access to these photopea.com.
If you are unsure of any of this, we are more than happy to talk you through it - please get in touch! Remember, any print can only be as good as what you're printing so it's important to have high-quality designs. A resolution of 300dpi is the absolute minimum you should print.
Your image must be high quality enough to be enlarged the size of the print area which for this product is:
A7 - 7.4cm x 10.5cm
A6 - 10.5cm x 14.8cm
A5 - 14.8cm x 21cm
If ordering double-sided we will need an image for both the front and the back.
If you haven’t already done this, we can enlarge this for you and will not print until you have approved your 'new' resized design(s)
Sending your Designs
- Email the file to us at Printstinct@gmail.com. Ensure you quote your order number in the subject of your email, this can be found in your order confirmation email which will be sent to you after you checkout. If you cannot find this, please just be as descriptive in the email as you can!
Shipping Specification
Delivery is free of charge.
Regardless of your order dimensions, quantity, or product, you will never pay any costs for delivery with us for anything being delivered to the United Kingdom. We ship Royal Mail 1st Class, as standard, typically on the day of printing. We estimate all orders will arrive within one week from us receiving your final design approval (with updated dimensions, if necessary), typically 1-3 business days. Orders made for yourself may contain promotional voucher codes, stickers, and more from us at Printstinct.
If you are sending direct to your customers, please mention this upon placing your order and your prints will be sent with no mention of our brand.
